While living in Maryland I experienced really high heating and cooling bills and wasn't even comfortable. I asked Atlanta Insulation if they could do anything special in my soon to be constructed home here in GA. They said they would spray the walls, roof and floors with their insulation and do special caulking and infiltration sealing. My gas bills this winter averaged $90 per month in my 3300 s/f house. One of my neighbors lives in a slightly smaller version of the same floor plan as mine and their gas bills averaged $190. Oh and we were very comfortable and our neighbors weren't.
